Mozaic restaurant in Ubud, Bali present a special one-night only 4-hands dinner with Chef Julien Royer of Odette restaurant, Singapore — voted #1 in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2019 — and Chris Salans, Chef-owner of Mozaic.

Both chefs will create dishes from their childhood memories in France using ingredients such as Kaluga Imperial caviar and Miyazaki Wagyu. The 6-course tasting menu will be paired with premium French wines and Champagne.
